 INTRODUCTION When new knowledge is integrated with and connected to existing knowledge that new knowledge is easier to understand and to remember. A professor‟s job is to build scaffolding from existing knowledge on which to hang incoming new knowledge. Using a concept map is one way to build that scaffolding. A concept map is a visual organization and representation of knowledge. It shows concepts and ideas and the relationships among them. One can create a concept map by writing key words (sometimes enclosed in shapes such as circles, boxes, triangles, etc.) and then drawing arrows between the ideas that are related. Concept mapping (CM) is a teaching and learning strategy that establishes a bridge between how people learn knowledge and sensible learning. Students need to have sufficient foundation and a critical thinking about CM and the relations between different concepts.   WEEKLY REFLECTION - EIGHTH WEEK (Second phase) August 24, 2022   It was the eighth week of second phase teaching practice. On 22nd August 2022 (Monday) :- It was the 28th day of second phase internship programme. As per the timetable there was a class at 8A on the eighth hour. Today i decided to conduct Achievement test based on two chapters of 8th standard physics textbook. I had informed them about test one week before, and so they all came with necessary things such as paper and pen. I provided them questions and allowed to write the exam by strictly observing the time. On 23rd August 2022 (Tuesday) :- It was the 29th day of second phase internship programme. As per the timetable today i had a class at 8 Bon the 7th period. I conducted a post test related to my project in the class.  On 24th August 2022 (Wednesday) :- It was the 30th day of second phase internship programme and was the last day of second phase teaching practice.   WEEKLY REFLECTION - SEVENTH WEEK (Second phase) August 20, 2022 It was the seventh week of second phase teaching practice. On 15th August 2022 (Monday) :- There was no regular classes on this day and the school had organised and conducted a lot of programs related to independence day. On 16th August 2022 (Tuesday) :- It was the 24th day of second phase internship programme. As per the timetable today i had a class at 8A . It was the seventh class of the chapter " The light on the hills" On 17th August 2022 (Wednesday) :- It was the 25th day of second phase internship programme. As per the timetable on this day there was classes on 8A and 8B. But i got  substitution duty at 3rd standard and i taught them about different words.  On 18th August 2022 (Thursday) :- There was no classes on this day as it was a public holiday.   CONSCIENTIZATION PROGRAM - AWARENESS ON SUBSTANCE ABUSE👭🧑‍🤝‍🧑👫👬 August 20, 2022 The concept of conscientization is the process of developing a critical awareness of ones social reality through reflection and action. Conscientization or critical conscious is a popular education and social concept developed by Brazillian pedagogue and educational theorist Paulo Freire. A conscientization program was conducted on saturday for 9th standard students on "Awareness on substance abuse"It was a great experience as we got an oppurtunity to know the level of knowledge of current generation on this issue. Actually they had poor knowledge about alcoholism and its need in society. But they showed interest in listening about this. They interacted with us actively and shared their experiences. We incorporated power point presentation to enhance the effectiveness. Finally a student representing the entire class gave feedback to the class.

On 8th August 2022 (Monday) :- It was the 20th day of second phase internship programme. As per the timetable there was a class on 8A on 8th period. It was the fourth class of the chapter "The little round red house" On 9th August 2022 (Tuesday) :-There was no classes due to public holiday. On 10th August 2022 (Wednesday) :- It was the 21st day of second phase internship programme. As per the timetable on this day there was two classes for me. And I also got  substitution duty at 2 B and i taught them introducing new words.  On 11th August 2022 (Thursday) :- It was the 22nd day of second phase internship programme. As per the timetable there was class on 4th period.
