 INTRODUCTION When new knowledge is integrated with and connected to existing knowledge that new knowledge is easier to understand and to remember. A professor‟s job is to build scaffolding from existing knowledge on which to hang incoming new knowledge. Using a concept map is one way to build that scaffolding. A concept map is a visual organization and representation of knowledge. It shows concepts and ideas and the relationships among them. One can create a concept map by writing key words (sometimes enclosed in shapes such as circles, boxes, triangles, etc.) and then drawing arrows between the ideas that are related. Concept mapping (CM) is a teaching and learning strategy that establishes a bridge between how people learn knowledge and sensible learning.   WEEKLY REFLECTION - EIGHTH WEEK (Second phase) August 24, 2022   It was the eighth week of second phase teaching practice. On 22nd August 2022 (Monday) :- It was the 28th day of second phase internship programme. As per the timetable there was a class at 8A on the eighth hour. Today i decided to conduct Achievement test based on two chapters of 8th standard physics textbook. I had informed them about test one week before, and so they all came with necessary things such as paper and pen. I provided them questions and allowed to write the exam by strictly observing the time. On 23rd August 2022 (Tuesday) :- It was the 29th day of second phase internship programme. On 15th August 2022 (Monday) :- There was no regular classes on this day and the school had organised and conducted a lot of programs related to independence day.   CONSCIENTIZATION PROGRAM - AWARENESS ON SUBSTANCE ABUSE👭🧑‍🤝‍🧑👫👬 August 20, 2022 The concept of conscientization is the process of developing a critical awareness of ones social reality through reflection and action. Conscientization or critical conscious is a popular education and social concept developed by Brazillian pedagogue and educational theorist Paulo Freire. A conscientization program was conducted on saturday for 9th standard students on "Awareness on substance abuse"It was a great experience as we got an oppurtunity to know the level of knowledge of current generation on this issue. Actually they had poor knowledge about alcoholism and its need in society. But they showed interest in listening about this. They interacted with us actively and shared their experiences. We incorporated power point presentation to enhance the effectiveness. Finally a student representing the entire class gave feedback to the class.

 Teaching practice is an important part of B. Ed curriculum. The second phase of my teaching practice started at Ayiroopara High School. The first week was really good. I started enjoying our internship period with immense pleasure On 6th July 2022 (Wednesday) :-  It was the very first day of second phase internship. As per the timetable I had class with viii A during 5th period. On 7th July 2022 (Thursday) :- It was the second day of second phase internship programme. As per the timetable on this day there was no classes for me. But i got a substitution duty on second standard. As this class is one of my class, i took my fourth period at 8 A.   Yoga Day 2021 June 21, 2021  INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY  2021  The international day of yoga aims to rise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga.  The first international day of yoga was observed around the world on June 21, 2015. PM Modi, during his speech at the UNGA, Said, " Yoga is an invaluable gift of India ancient tradition ".  This year the theme is " YOGA FOR WELLNESS" and for the practicing yoga for physical and mental well being.
